Learn Who We Are

  • Dr. Brandy Mauel Fay
    Brandy Fay, a Lewis County native, has been at Chehalis - Centralia Veterinary Hospital since graduating from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Brandy values the wonderful friendships she has developed with her clients over the years while caring for their beloved pets. She also has the honor of working closely with several rescue groups and Police K9 Units. Dr. B enjoys all aspects of companion animal medicine with a special interest in dermatology. When she is not at the clinic, Brandy can be found at her new boarding facility in Chehalis called “River Bend Pet Center” and spending time with her family including her constant canine companion, Lola.
  • Dr. Kelly Ford
    Dr. Ford grew up in eastern Washington just outside of Walla Walla. She received her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Washington State University in Pullman. She has been a small animal clinician with Chehalis-Centralia Veterinary Hospital for almost 2 years. Dr. Ford enjoys spending time with her family horseback riding, hiking, and snow skiing here in the pacific northwest.
  • Veterinary Receptionists
    Our veterinary reception team facilitate our client's needs and maintain the flow of operations in the front office. This team have a vital role in assisting the veterinarians as they maintain the appointment book, answer phones, and provide friendly customer service. They are also the major line of communication between the clients, doctors, and supporting staff.
  • Veterinary Technicians
    At Chehalis Centralia Veterinary Hospital our veterinary technicians are experienced n a wide range of superior skills. They have many of the same responsibilities as a nurse in a human hospital including, but not limited to, placing IV catheters, taking radio graphs, and performing lab work. They also assist in more patient procedures, as well as numerous other specialized duties. They are in charge of maintaining patient files, monitoring hospitalized pets, and giving medications. Technicians also play a key role in surgeries; they are responsible for inducing and monitoring anesthesia as well as monitoring patient vitals and assisting the doctors as needed.

His years of experience, coupled with his gentle demeanor make him a great source to care for loved pets. The importance of the human pet bond is embedded in his practice philosophy.

  • Casey Johnson
    Casey has been a small animal clinician at Chehalis Centralia Veterinary Hospital since she graduated from Washington State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Her interests lie in small animal wellness and preventive care. Recommendations in the exam room are always given with the intent of keeping your dogs and cats happy and healthy for as long as possible. Casey is excited to also be taking a course in canine rehabilitation. She enjoys providing high quality and compassionate care to your furry family members. When not working, Casey can be found exploring the woods with her horse and dog or curled up with her two cats and a good book.
